Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, you will be allowed to reschedule for another event and apply your pre-payment. You may opt to receive a credit for the full amount of your payment if you are unable to reschedule at the time of cancellation. New England Falconry does not issue refunds except in the circumstance that we must cancel an event or outing.
If you cancel 24 - 48 hours prior to the event, you will receive a credit for 50% of your pre-payment.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, you will not receive any credit for future scheduling and will forfeit your full payment.
In the event that your outing is cancelled by New England Falconry, you are offered the option to reschedule or to receive a full refund of payment made for the cancelled event.

Private Sessions:
Private sessions may ONLY be scheduled by email or phone and preferably for a week day. Please purchase a standard group gift certificate or schedule through the on-site calendar if you wish to be included on a weekend event.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates never expire.
New England Falconry will honor your gift certificate for the paid monetary value of the certificate, in the event that the redeemer wishes to alter the Event Type (Hunt, Introductory Session, or Extended Session) or the number of Participants/Non-Participants specified.
Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and will not be refunded.

Scheduling:
When scheduling an event date via the online calendar, please understand that you are registering for that specific date. Rescheduling and Cancellation of scheduled dates follow the cancellation policy above.
While New England Falconry makes every effort to send reminder emails, we do not guarantee that you will receive one, and we assume no responsibility if for any reason you do not show up at the specified location on your scheduled date and at the correct start time.

Clothing & Safety:
You must dress appropriately for the weather. You assume all responsibility for your own comfort, health, and safety while attending any event or outing with New England Falconry.

Please DO NOT WEAR FUR of any kind when attending your outing. The birds may react to a fur coat, cuff, or collar.

You are expected to follow any and all instructions given by the falconer throughout your event. Failure to listen carefully to and to respect these instructions could result in injury. New England Falconry assumes no responsibility for your health or safety under any circumstance, including your own negligence.
